hr2-kultur from Hessischer Rundfunk in Frankfurt presents classical concerts, opera broadcasts, and cultural features. Repertoire spans Baroque through contemporary, with special attention to the Frankfurt Radio Symphony (hr-Sinfonieorchester) and regional ensembles. The station celebrates Frankfurt's rich musical history — from Georg Philipp Telemann, who was born in the region, to Paul Hindemith, who studied at the Hoch Conservatory.
