By accessing cloudatelier.art ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cloud Atelier, operated from Ankara, Turkey.
Cloud Atelier is an independent knowledge and culture platform. Our mission is to share accurate, peer-reviewed, and institutionally sourced information freely. We share a meaningful portion of any revenue we generate with educational institutions, music schools, and cultural organizations.
Cloud Atelier is a content aggregation platform. We curate and display content from the following types of open-access sources:
All content displayed on the platform is attributed to its original source with a direct link. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
We respect the licensing terms of each source. Open-access content is used under its respective license (Creative Commons, Open Access, Public Domain). We do not reproduce full copyrighted articles — we display titles, excerpts, and abstracts with links to original sources.
Cloud Atelier respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content displayed on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to:

Free membership is available to all users aged 13 or older. Members receive access to educational content, events information, and future platform features. Membership does not guarantee specific content availability, which may change over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Premium content (such as educational videos, virtual museum experiences, and live events) may require a paid tier in the future. Any pricing will be communicated clearly at least 30 days in advance.

The Cloud Atelier name, logo, original platform design, and proprietary software are the intellectual property of Cloud Atelier. All rights reserved.
Third-party content (articles, images, metadata) remains the property of the original publishers, authors, and institutions, cited accordingly. Our use of such content is under open-access licenses and fair use principles.
Radio streams are the property of their respective broadcasters and are embedded under publicly available streaming URLs.
The classical music radio feature streams audio from public broadcasters in their respective countries. Cloud Atelier does not host, store, modify, or redistribute this audio content. We provide a player that connects directly to the broadcaster's public stream URL. Use is subject to the terms of the respective broadcasters.
Cloud Atelier may offer premium subscription tiers. Free tier provides basic access to curated open-access content. Premium features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly communicated before payment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Price changes require 30 days' notice.
The platform contains links to third-party websites. Some links may be affiliate links; we may receive a commission at no cost to you. Affiliate links are disclosed per FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), UK Consumer Protection Regulations 2008, and Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502). Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial content.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Cloud Atelier in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 Turkish Lira, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cloud Atelier harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these terms periodically. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered members by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
